The Walt Disney Co. is doing what they can to prevent their recent movie "WALL-E" from becoming a reality by creating less of a mess.  The company announced Monday they have a new goal: halve the greenhouse gases it emits from fuel consumption at its theme parts around the world, retail spaces, cruise ships and even offices. They'd like to see the numbers from 2006 halve by 2012.

Cruise Ship Employee Accused Of Sexual Assault

Authorities have identified a Princess Cruises crew member who was arrested for allegedly assaulting a passenger during a cruise from Florida to Los Angeles. FBI spokeswoman Laura Eimiller says Jorge Teixeira, a Portuguese national, was reported to the FBI after the Coral Princess ship docked at the Port of Los Angeles. Eimiller says the 38-year-old Teixeira is expected to be charged tomorrow in federal court.

The two companies have received more than $17 billion in government loans and the task force will decide if they should get more. Top Republicans - including Sen. A Brockton, Mass., convenience store owner took matters into his own hands when a man wielding a shotgun went behind the counter and demanded money. The suspect, shown in a surveillance video wearing a red hooded sweatshirt and black pants, entered the store with his weapon and demanded money. That's when the store clerks fought back...
